Entertainment'Angry' Cardi B curses embattle hubby Offset, says she wants him dead but slowly

Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B has sparked a media frenzy after an explosive rant on X Spaces, where she called out estranged husband Offset, accusing him of neglecting their children and revealing the staggering costs of raising them. The public tirade comes as the couple navigates a tumultuous divorce, with Offset seeking spousal support.

In the emotionally charged livestream, Cardi expressed her frustration with Offset, even going so far as to say, “I want you to die, but I want you to die f***ing slow.” She described feeling “tied up” in her marriage and declared her desire to move on.

One of the most striking revelations from Cardi’s rant was the name of their eight-month-old daughter, Blossom, which had previously been kept private. The couple also shares six-year-old Kulture and three-year-old Wave. Cardi alleged that Offset had been absent from their children’s lives, claiming he had only seen Blossom a handful of times.

Cardi went on to detail the immense financial demands of raising their three children, providing a breakdown of expenses that exceeded six figures annually. Among the costs she listed:

  • A driver for the children at $10,000 per month
  • Private schooling: $45,000 annually for Kulture and $35,000 for Wave
  • Babysitting by a cousin at $3,000 per week
  • Nanny services at $500-$700 per day
  • Tutoring sessions four times a week at $250 per hour

The revelations have ignited a debate about the financial responsibilities of high-profile parents, particularly in the context of Cardi’s estimated $80 million net worth. If Offset is granted spousal support, legal experts suggest the court will consider the couple’s established lifestyle during their marriage.

“Each spouse is entitled to the standard of living they had while married,” explained a legal analyst. “If one is significantly wealthier, spousal support could be granted unless the other is financially independent.”

Offset has yet to publicly respond to Cardi’s statements. The divorce proceedings are expected to draw considerable attention as both parties navigate custody and financial arrangements, further exposing the complexities of life in the public eye.
